In March 2023, human services alumnus Kal Bacon, A.A.S. ’20, accepted a position as an advocacy case manager at the Alaska Native Justice Center and will begin in April 2023.

In March 2023, U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska announced that health sciences alumna Katherine Lessard, B.S. ’21, joined her office in Washington, D.C. as a legislative correspondent where she will be assisting the Oceans and Fisheries Team.
